LMB likes to develop relationships with our clients with our clients. We like to understand our client needs and how we can best serve your needs. Microloans are typically character-based loans. We have developed a “no questions asked” loan program to all LMB clients who have finished at least 20 hours of classroom training or one-on-one assistance. We feel that you have demonstrated a commitment towards starting or building your business by finishing the 20 hours.

If you are interested in our “no questions asked” loan program, you would notify us that you have completed the 20 hours and would like to be pre-approved for a loan. LMB would then makes a determination for the maximum loan amount, based primarily upon your character, up to a maximum of $500. LMB provide a list to OUR Federal Credit Union about its LMB clients that are pre-approved and the maximum amount of the pre-approval. You simply fill out a one-page application and obtain the loan funds.
