We encourage our clients to write business plans. While some small business owners may feel that writing a business plan is a waste of time, a good business plan requires that you spend some time thinking about your product or service, who are your clients, how are you going to market the product or the service to your customers, and how much to charge.

LMB offers a six to eight week business plan class each quarter in the computer lab. The class is half lecture and half writing the business plan. The business plan class uses a SCORE business plan template.
